Beesley Fuels is seeking an experienced Class 2 Fuel Tanker Driver to join our permanent night-shift team at the Oldbury depot. This role operates on a 4 On / 4 Off rota working 12-hour night shifts.
You will handle fuel movements to and from our Oldbury base, which includes trunking to networks in Greater Manchester and London. You will safely operate both 6-wheel and 8-wheel Class 2 fuel tankers depending on operational needs.
Mandatory Requirements
Terminal Experience: Essential experience loading/collecting fuel from Kingsbury Fuel Terminal and/or Birmingham Esso Fuel Terminal.
Licence: Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
Qualifications: Active ADR (Class 3 in Tanks), valid Driver CPC
Fleet Experience: Proven fuel tanker experience operating 6-wheel and 8-wheel rigid vehicles.
Compliance: Excellent working knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Safely loading, transporting, and discharging fuel across the distribution network.
Conducting rigorous pre-use vehicle, load, and delivery safety checks.
Maintaining strict compliance with company, terminal, and site safety procedures.
Accurately completing all digital and physical transport documentation.
